&#9;<li>Assess job sites and document damages with photos, moisture readings, and daily progress reports and disperse to responsible department leads.

&#9;<li>Work closely with office manager on funds received and disbursed through trust accounts.
</ul>

&#9;<li>Work on monthly reporting to title insurance companies on policies issued and opening of new files.
</ul>

<strong>Minimum Acceptable Qualifications:</strong><br>

&#9;<li>Strong writing and communication skills; exceptional attention to detail; ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines.
&#9;<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office

&#9;<li>5 years prior real estate experience in a law firm, lender, or title company setting.
&#9;<li>Proficiency with title/settlement software, e-recording platforms, and UCC filing systems

&#9;<li>Paralegal Certificate
&#9;<li>Notary
