Job Description

Description of Work:       - Ensure the proper operation of the wastewater treatment system to meet production   and regulatory requirements.   - Maintain proper levels of wastewater treatment chemicals and supplies   to properly operate the wastewater treatment system. - Maintain appropriate wastewater storage tank levels to facilitate proper e-coat   system/stages dump schedule.   - Maintain assigned area sanitation and chemical organization to the expected standard. - Unload, receive and store all received chemicals within the stated guidelines. - Maintain Wastewater equipment   - Maintain reporting documentation in accordance with SEC and state DEQ guidelines. - Perform routine operational/maintenance tasks and assist maintenance mechanics when required. - Any other tasks assigned               Key Performance Measures:       Safety Zero Recordable Incidents, Participant in "Always Safe Way of Life"     Zero Recordable Incidents in Wastewater Treatment Area   Service 100% Compliance to E-Coat Line Dump Schedule     Wastewater Treatment at 95% of Target Discharge Rate, Annualized   Quality Zero "out of compliance" issues with DEQ     100% Environmental Compliance   Cost Chemical usage at or below target spending levels   Team A Gold Member of the Cost Reduction Structure           Job Requirements:       - Ability to read and interpret gauges, directions, signage and handle dangerous chemicals - Ability to complete math analysis and control charts - Ability to execute the duties of the job and meet all KPMs and regulatory   laws and guidelines.     - Maintains work area and grounds within all sanitation, housekeeping, environmental   and safety expectations.     - Ability to perform as a Team member, within a Team environment - Ability to work as a cohesive unit with Lab Tenders - Ability to carry and lift 75 pounds and become a certified forklift operator

Libby was born in Mississippi, moved around a bit, and returned to graduate from Morton High School and attend Ole Miss. After beginning part-time work in high school with her father’s medical practice, she continued in the medical field for the next 20 years.  She has worked in a management role in multiple settings including hospital, homecare, private practice, and as a consultant in software transition for hospitals. Libby spent the last several years at home raising her boys and currently lives in Kosciusko with her husband and children.
