Job Description

Description of Work:       - Monitors and makes corrections to the operation of the Pre-treatment,   Electro Coat line, and all related equipment, ensuring that all systems,   attributes, and parameters are operating within the specified ranges. - Performs specified analysis of solutions and makes changes to the application   of these solutions given the outcome of the analysis. - Maintains work area within all sanitation, housekeeping, and safety expectations. - Maintains all mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, piping, boiler, wastewater, equipment in   the plant and on the grounds to ensure than 95% uptime on all equipment. - Responsible for executing the preventive maintenance program. - Responsible for entering shift downtime/issues in maintenance logbook - Responsible for documenting usage of spare parts - Any other tasks assigned               Key Performance Measures:       Safety Zero Recordable Incidents, Participant in "Always Safe Way of Life"   Service Unscheduled Downtime < than 2%   Quality All controllable attributes within range     All Environmental Activities Completed   Cost Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Schedule obtained     Uptime > 98%     Team A Gold Member of the Cost Reduction Structure           Job Requirements:       - At least five years as a plant maintenance tech with electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, piping   boiler and wastewater preventive maintenance and repair skills - At least two years of Allen Bradly controls experience - Ability to read and interpret gauges, directions, blueprints, and signage - Ability to complete math analysis and control charts - Ability to execute the duties of the job and meet all KPMs and regulatory   laws and guidelines.     - Maintains work area and grounds within all sanitation, housekeeping, environmental   and safety expectations.     - Ability to pass a drug and background check - Ability to perform as a Team member, within a Team environment.

Libby was born in Mississippi, moved around a bit, and returned to graduate from Morton High School and attend Ole Miss. After beginning part-time work in high school with her father’s medical practice, she continued in the medical field for the next 20 years.  She has worked in a management role in multiple settings including hospital, homecare, private practice, and as a consultant in software transition for hospitals. Libby spent the last several years at home raising her boys and currently lives in Kosciusko with her husband and children.

Libby joined PSG in June 2021 and has a robust background in vetting and hiring medical professionals for all settings. Although new to staffing she is a pro at finding highly motivated and qualified employees for the medical and clerical fields.
