Corporate Defense Firm experience 5 years required
Full-time position with excellent benefits, great environment, and excellent peripheral support. This position requires relevant experience, superior communication skills, and an excellent attendance record.
Requirements:
- Corporate Defense Experience
- Multi-tasking
- Scheduling appointments, set-up conference calls, conference rooms, and travel arrangements for attorneys
- Answering phones, and recording messages as directed
- Ability to efficiently use Microsoft Office Suite of products
- Oral and written communication skills essential
- Must be able to conduct business and represent the practice professionally at all times
- Operates a computer and other general office equipment, as well as digital and transcription equipment
- Prepares correspondence, memoranda, and other legal documents.
- Handles incoming mail as directed by attorneys. Prepares outgoing mail or packages for shipment. If necessary, routes mail to specific delivery service and follows up on timely delivery
- Establishes and maintains electronic calendar and deadline reminder system for attorneys
- Monitor the attorney's incoming e-mails
- Maintain client contacts and mailing lists
- Opens new files, requests conflict of interest checks, and maintains all client and general files
- Receives clients and visitors; maintains good public relations with clients; observes confidentiality of attorney-client relationship
- Completes expense reimbursement forms for attorneys
- Proofs, processes, and prepares client bills for mailing
- Assists with time entry as requested
- Performs other duties as requested by the Office Administrator
- Physical presence in the office is an essential duty of this position

Libby was born in Mississippi, moved around a bit, and returned to graduate from Morton High School and attend Ole Miss. After beginning part-time work in high school with her father’s medical practice, she continued in the medical field for the next 20 years. She has worked in a management role in multiple settings including hospital, homecare, private practice, and as a consultant in software transition for hospitals. Libby spent the last several years at home raising her boys and currently lives in Kosciusko with her husband and children.
Libby joined PSG in June 2021 and has a robust background in vetting and hiring medical professionals for all settings. Although new to staffing she is a pro at finding highly motivated and qualified employees for the medical and clerical fields.
