Claims and Licensing Administrator
Job Description
The claims and licensing administrator is responsible for processing all types of insurance claims generated from credit insurance sold to loan customers. This person will manage the claims adjudication process which requires clear communication with both the company branch personnel and credit insurance policyholders. This position is also responsible for maintaining current credit insurance licenses for the Insurance Company and producers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Adjudicate credit insurance claims timely with superior service to policyholders and beneficiaries.
License personnel and entities for all states (team members do specific states) in which insurance is sold through the loan company branch network.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform accounts payable function for insurance companies
Answer phone and obtain and deliver mail
Maintain office supplies
Fulfill miscellaneous requests of management and other home office personnel
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
College degree preferred
Claims experience preferred
Microsoft Windows and Outlook experience
Knowledge of MS Office products
Time management, multi-tasking and good communication

Libby was born in Mississippi, moved around a bit, and returned to graduate from Morton High School and attend Ole Miss. After beginning part-time work in high school with her father’s medical practice, she continued in the medical field for the next 20 years. She has worked in a management role in multiple settings including hospital, homecare, private practice, and as a consultant in software transition for hospitals. Libby spent the last several years at home raising her boys and currently lives in Kosciusko with her husband and children.
Libby joined PSG in June 2021 and has a robust background in vetting and hiring medical professionals for all settings. Although new to staffing she is a pro at finding highly motivated and qualified employees for the medical and clerical fields.
