Job Description

This person will not assist in payroll. Also, we have found that those with banking/cash management experience seems to have caught on and mastered the Feed clerk duties quicker. We will keep an open mind and appreciate your help. I believe we have the same starting salary at $16. This gives us room for a raise when they become CM employees.


Duties include; Enter data from various locations daily into an ERP accounting system. Enter receiving/production/deliveries, balance reports, adjust inventories, voucher/code monthly bills, process ingredient invoices (match with proper documentation), and provide reports for audits. Requirements: 10 key, Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Receptionist/Bookkeeping/accounting/accounts payable a plus. Preferred candidates will possess strong communication and organizational skills, possess a commitment to courteous behavior and being punctual, along with an affinity for a busy environment where multi-tasking is the norm.

  2. Heavy data entry
  3. Accounts Payables

Job Requirements

  1. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
  2. Previous office management, cash management, or inventory management experience a plus
