Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION – ACCOUNTANT
This position reports directly to the Controller and is responsible for the supervision of the Accounts Receivable Clerk and Billing Clerks.  This is a salaried position and is eligible for vacation days as decided by management. The normal work hours are 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Responsible for processing all invoices and bills submitted by vendors to ensure all invoices are paid on a timely basis.
Responsible for the timely processing of the weekly payroll and all other related payroll functions.
Responsible for processing new employees’ paperwork, maintaining employee files and records, ensuring all state and Federal requirements are being met, and updating the employee handbook as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3 or more years of accounting, human resources, and office management
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills
- Good problem-solving and time management skills
- Working knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)

Libby spent the last several years at home raising her boys and currently lives in Kosciusko with her husband and children.
