Medical Receptionist
M-F 8-4:30
Qualifications:
1-3 years minimum experience in a medical office setting
EHR experience with Greenway PrimeSuite a plus but not required
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Medical Terminology
Understanding of the patient flow process
Commitment to provide excellent customer service with the goal of meeting the patient's needs from a team approach
Responsibilities:
answer phones
schedule patients
accept co-pays
document EHR with correct and concise information as needed
coordinate patient care with other team members and outside providers
verify insurance
process visits as patients attend appointments
help process patient records both in establishing a patient EHR record and maintaining up to date information
payrate DOE on experience and qualifications
